Joe is a passionate entrepreneur and prides himself on his work ethic. He is the founder of Ride-A-Long Media and recently joined the team at Foundation 45, a non-profit dedicated to breaking the stigma of mental illness. When not working or volunteering, Joe loves to spend time with his fiance and his friends, ideally fishing or playing disc golf. Joe is resilient and although he often gets knocked down, he continues to pursue his dreams. Should you cross paths with Joe during Startup Week, be sure to ask him about his spirit animal.
Why did you get involved with Dallas Startup Week?
Since launching my company a year ago, the community as a whole has been incredibly supportive. I thought that getting involved in DSW17 was a great way to give back.
What are you looking forward to being a track captain?
I welcome the opportunity to give back to the community that has taught me so much.
What was your favorite thing about Dallas Startup Week?
I was only able to attend a few sessions last year, so I look forward to being more involved this year.
What should attendees look forward to when attending events in your track?
We are building events for entrepreneurs who have interest in starting their own restaurant, as well as those who are building products to service the restaurant space.
